Rep Pull-Up Assistance and Resistance Bands for Strength and Conditioning, Gymnastics, Mobility and Power Lifting

Working on your pull-ups? Want to be able to do a muscle up? Want to increase your range of motion and mobility? Try our Rep Fitness bands! These bands are useful for Cross Training/HIIT workouts, giving you a boost when performing pull-ups and will help you to achieve un-assisted pull-ups, or increase the amount you can currently do. These bands also provide extra resistance to workouts that allow you to do band work, such as with a barbell, on a GHD, or wrapped around any stationary object for pulling/pushing exercises.

Great for mobility and stretching, our bands have many different uses beyond just pull-up assistance. Our bands are great for anyone learning many of the advanced bodyweight exercises like ring dips and muscle-ups, because they let you perform the movement and decrease assistance as you gain confidence and strength.

There are 6 bands to choose from, starting at light assistance, and going to our extra-heavy power-lifting band. The order from thinnest to thickest band is: red, black, purple, green, blue, orange.

Each band is approx 41″ long and made of layers of rubber. The layering of rubber gives these extra durability and allows them to be stretched thousands of times without breaking.
